Salome’s Dance: The Mike Rud Trio Invites Peter Bernstein

The winning album cover design for Mike Rud’s album, Salome’s Dance: The Mike Rud Trio Invites Peter Bernstein. This project was developed for the final project in Constanza Pacher’s Typography II class where each student created an album cover design for an artist at Bent River Records while pitching their design to be chosen. As Mike Rud’s genre was jazz, it felt appropriate to design hand-lettered type that had 50s elements incorporated to the design.
